We offer a variety of different services here at Dair-E-Does. Some of which include Hoof Trimming Dis Budding babies. We are willing to travel to you for most everything listed below. We charge a gas fee of $0.50 per mile round trip (or $1.00 per mile one way). On large groups for hoof trimming, show clipping and/or tattooing, we can more than likely work out some kind of discount. But there will need to be a minimum of 10 to 15 goats (depending on services requested) before a discount will be discussed.
Hoof Trimming:
$10 per goat & I will bring my own equipment to use.
Disbudding/Banding:
$5 per baby. I do not offer Tetanus shots with the disbudding, if you want I can give them one but you’ll need to provide the meds. On large breed kids, they need to be under 3 weeks of age for me to dis bud them! I will not dis bud a kid with horn buds above a ½ inch tall. I can also band your buck kids for the same $5 per kid. We can also remove full horns on your grown does, we can’t remove horns from grown bucks.
Tattooing:
$20 per goat. I will need two people on this one. I usually have help so that part is covered most of the time. But on the off chance that I do not have someone, I will need your help.
Clipping for Shows:
I will need pictures of the goat you want shaved before I quote a price on this one. It will also depend on the mannerisms of your goat(s) while I am clipping them. Young stock (depending on size) will start at $20. Mature Does will range from $30 to $40. Bucks will range from $50 to $60. I have clippers and blades and a shaving stand. All you will need to provide is electricity and extension cords.
Worming & Vaccinating:
$5 per goat. You will need to provide all of the meds you wish to be used, the specific wormer you want used, any and all vaccinations or boosters you want given. I will provide needles and syringes. If you are using a liquid wormer you will also need to provide the drencher to be used.
Blood Draw:
$10 per goat. You will need to provide the correct color tubes for what you are wanting to test for. I can provide the needles and syringes or you can. Blood test can include but are not limited to: CAE, CL, Johnes, G6S(Nubians Only), and Pregnancy. I can also help you figure out where the paper work needs to go, how to fill it out and how to pack and ship your blood samples if need be.

Please Print and sign the "Goat Disclaimer". I have had issues in the past with people trying to blame me for things that clearly happened to their animals by their own doing. This is just a safety precaution for my own peace of mind. I will ask for a signed copy of this document upon meeting. If you do not provide one then I will ask that you sign one in my presence or services will not be rendered. Thanks for your cooperation!
